I’m a mother of 3, wife, teacher, lifelong athlete, and Beachbody Coach. I’ve tried lots of different physical activities, diets and food plans, workout programs, but I still struggle daily with maintaining a happy, healthy, and active lifestyle.

This site is my daily blog about my journey of attempting to live a happy, healthy and active lifestyle. In my 42nd year of life and down to one chick left in the nest, you’d think I’d be at a stage in my life where
I have things figured out! Maybe it’s a mid-life crisis, or menopause, or empty nest syndrome, or maybe I’m just crazy, but the daily struggle is real and I need to find the motivation to “go the distance” and reach the end with no regrets.

I hope to use this blog as self motivation to stay on track for living a happy, healthy and active lifestyle; as a tool to learn about the blogging world; as a creative outlet; and finally as a way to inspire and connect with others who are dealing with similar life issues.
